Currently I dont have much in the way of equipment. Pretty musch it all revolves around the ZWO SeeStar S50.
It’s a relatively new telescope that packs all the eqipment needed into a package that makes it simple to get started. It handles alignment, taking the image and combining the images to enhance the final output. As with all astrophotography, multiple images need to be compibed to get brighten up the faint light of objects and allows for the removal of random noise that all cameras have.
While this can be all done in telescope, it can also save the individual images for later post-processing with dedicated software. This can enhance this, but so far the the improvements are not that pronounced. for a turnkey solution, its really quite amazing. I do eventually want to get better equipment, but money and time make something this simple ideal.
